Message they are typically slouches in higher gears. Sure, they launch hard as hell, but in *most* cases, the load that driving all 4 wheels puts on the engine causes it to accelerate slower at higher speeds (normally why AWD cars have typically low trap speeds for their 1/4 mile times e.i. STi that was at the track when I was there ran a 13.19 @103 mph). Also, if not constructed well (and Nissan ones are built good, I'll give them that), they can become tranny monsters, destroying transmissions yearly (the downside of the 3Si's). And if you have good tires and know how to drive, rwd is all you need
